What do you get when you mix 7500 Horned Frogs with over 200 student
organizations and almost 3.5 million square feet of space? You get a ton
of opportunities for fun!
At TCU, you have over 200
student
organizations available to meet every interest you may have. And, if
for some unknown reason, you can’t find a group, you can start one! We
know Horned Frogs are into many different things. From
community service
projects in Mexico to honor societies in your major, you are guaranteed to
find an outlet for activity and involvement.
Over the last few years, our campus has been one of construction and renovation.
While it can be dusty and noisy at times, this unprecedented growth makes it an
exciting time to be here. Our
Career Services have
moved into a renovated Jarvis Hall in order to meet the demands of employers
eager to interview and hire Horned Frogs. On the first floor of Jarvis
Hall, you will also find the
Office of Religious and Spiritual Life with a new space that welcomes
individuals of all faith as well as interaction among all groups.
In the new Brown-Lupton University Union
(view
a video on the Union),
you will find the TCU
Leadership Center and
Transitions Offices.
These offices empower Horned Frogs to learn new skills, reinforce leadership
skills, and fortify your connection to TCU as well as to the larger community.
At TCU, you are more than just a number in a crowd. You are a unique
individual who matters to many faculty, staff, and other students. Your
well-being and success are important to your purple family!
If you feel like you’re less than 100 percent, we have many resources to help.
The Brown-Lupton
Health Center (view
a video on the Health Center) provides a close place to receive immediate medical attention.
The Counseling Center
(view a video on the Counseling, Testing and Mental Health Center)
allows you the opportunity to talk to someone when life gets a bit too chaotic
and stressful. The
Alcohol and Drug Education Center and
Campus Life
(view a video on
Campus Life) offices are two more resources available to assist you when you
may need support.
If you like to be active, check out our
Recreation Center as well as some of the
sports
clubs on campus. From rugby to intramurals to ultimate Frisbee, you’ll
find something to get you moving! When it’s time to kick back and relax,
the residence halls will
be your place of choice. Living and
dining on
campus makes hanging out with your friends so easy.
Horned Frogs can have it all on our campus!
