As a Horned Frog, you'll most likely be highly involved in campus and community
activities. Combine your involvement with your rigorous academics and you can
get stressed out and burned out quick. At TCU, there are many ways to make sure
that you stay happy and healthy.
Through Campus Recreation, you can participate in
intramurals or join one of 17
sport clubs. You can also join your friends in our award-winning Recreation
Center. Group exercise classes, the indoor rock wall, indoor and outdoor pools,
massage therapists, and top of the line exercise equipment make this one of the
most popular spots on campus with over 90% of students using these programs!
If you're looking for more balance in your life, there are plenty of ways to
find your inner Frog. The Office of Religious and Spiritual Life offers programs
such as meditation and pastoral care. There are over 20 different religious
groups on campus as well as numerous places locally to worship. AT TCU, your
spiritual health is just as important as your physical and mental health. -
